If you have any
comments about your driver or taxi trip, phone the Department of Transport's Taxi
Hotline 1800 648 478. You will need the taxi's number plate, the driver's number, the
network and the time and date of the journey.
If you have left
something in a taxi, ring the taxi network as soon as possible.
